Jeg hedder Ninna Rosendahl og er blogger her på Børn & Fritid. Dette er mit første indlæg her og jeg glæder mig til at bidrage med hvad der sker for/hos/med/i mig.
En blog kan være så meget…. Hvad er det for dig? Det vil jeg elske at høre.
For mig handler det om at få noget personligt og noget jeg kan se mig selv i. Derudover at blive inspireret og måske klogere på noget. Det skrevne ord kan noget og kan give os følelsen af at være sammen om noget, selvom vi er langt fra hinanden og ikke kender hinanden.
For at lære mig lidt at kende, kan jeg fortælle dig, at jeg har en familie, bestående af min mand og vores søn + vores lille hund, og vi bor lige uden for København. Jeg er selvstændig psyko- og familie terapeut og underviser i motion (primært Pilates).
Mange ting er rigtig godt i mit liv og selvfølgelig er der også noget der ikke er godt. Er det ikke sådan for os alle? Det synes jeg er vigtigt at sige højt. Ikke for at have nogen former for nej-hat på, eller tynge en stemning… Bare fordi, at sådan er det og det er lige som det skal være. Altså at vi har det både og. Det håber jeg du husker. For jeg tør næsten vædde med, at lige meget hvilken udfordring du står med, så er der en anden her i verden, (eller mange) der kan relatere sig til det.
Da jeg for nogle år siden gik helt ned med stress var det så skamfuldt. I dag er jeg taknemlig for at være åben om det. Det har gjort noget godt i den læringsproces.
